Job Responsibilities
- You’ll develop & execute the Retails Services strategy plan, working with retailers/stakeholders to ensure the plan reflects their business prospective and underpins Dubai Airports aspirations to manage the world’s leading airports.
- You’ll develop Strategy through an understanding of customer insight, market research and trading performance across all categories.
- You’ll evolve retail categories to understand their business drivers and through KPIs criteria deliver world class customer experience.
Job Requirements
- You should be educated to a degree level or a field relevant to Business Management with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- You’ll have knowledge of global retail and F&B trends, particularly in the airport business context
- You’ll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
