AM HR Operations

Responsibilities :

Supervise the HR operations team to ensure smooth and efficient services. The role includes maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS and SAP, preparing payroll with Finance, and handling employee grievances as the first point of contact. It also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, issuing disciplinary letters, conducting inquiries, and maintaining records of regulatory notices. Additionally, the position requires drafting official documents, coordinating on legal cases, and streamlining HR processes through automation to improve efficiency.

Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent discipline from LUMS, LSE, PU, GCU, FCCU, or FAST University only. Certifications: HRIS/SAP Certification, HR Operations & Payroll Certification.

Experience:

5-7 years of progressive experience in HR Operations and Shared Services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Hands-on experience with HRIS/SAP is essential.
