WE ARE HIRING HR EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Jump in and own the whole HR gig, start to finish—yeah, we’re talking everything from wrangling new hires and their paperwork to making sure people exit gracefully (with all their docs in order, obviously). Keep those employee files and the HRIS squeaky clean and up-to-date—no one likes missing info when payroll comes around. Speaking of which, payroll, attendance, leave stuff? That’s your circus, and those are your monkeys. You’ll basically make sure everyone’s paid right and on time, which, let’s be real, is what keeps us all showing up.

You’ll have a hand in performance management, too—dig into the data, spot the trends, and help us actually get better at this whole HR thing, not just tick boxes. And, yeah, you’ll be the go-to for all the random “hey, HR, got a sec?” questions, plus anything that smells like a grievance.

We’re counting on you to help draft policies and SOPs that are actually readable (and legal, of course—labor laws, EOBI, social security, all that jazz). You’ll be the bridge between HR and the rest of the departments, smoothing out processes and making sure stuff just works. Plus, you’ll pitch in on training, team-building shenanigans, and whipping up those HR reports management loves to ask for at the last minute.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS? You’ll need at least a Bachelor’s (or heck, a Master’s if you’re feeling fancy) in HR, Business Admin, or something close—bonus points if you snagged it from PU, LUMS, LSE, GCU, UET, FCCU, or FAST. If you’ve clocked 1-3 years in HR ops or something similar, you’re in the sweet spot. You gotta know your way around HR processes, payroll, compliance, and be a whiz with Excel and HRIS. Power BI or other analytics tools? Major plus. Communication, organization, problem-solving—if those aren’t your strong suits, it’ll be a rough ride. Oh, and you absolutely have to know how to keep things hush-hush when it comes to confidential info. No blabbermouths, please.
