JOB TITLE LOCATION
E-commerce Specialist Dubai, United Arab Emirate
  • Managing accuracy of online store (SKU’s, barcodes, pricing etc)
  • Manage our online inventory
  • Regular stock replenishments to 3PL to avoid OOS (including packing material)
  • Monthly stock reconciliation
  • Monitor online orders to ensure orders are shipped within the SLA agreed with 3PL
  • Processing of orders in Oracle for revenue recognition purposes
  • Ensure processing is done to correct sub inventories
  • Track orders are invoiced
  • Assist finance with approvals for discounts
  • Customer support across various platforms – Gorgios, email, chat etc to ensure the best support around inbound queries from customers to ensure a premium experience for our digital sales channels
  • Working with customers to resolve issues or concerns related to orders that have already been placed
  • Customer support optimization for maximizing our new product launches.
  • Processing and shipment of sample/replacement orders
  • Reading Google analytics and using it as a decision support system. Run marketing via Oracle NetSuite to nurture interest and drive traffic for conversions.
  • Processing of customer refunds
  • Work closely with finance to reconcile orders with payments / returns / refunds / replacements
  • Help manage our online marketing presence, including on social media platforms
  • Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales
  • Monitor conversions rates
  • Monitor CAR (cart abandonment rate)
  • Assist with forming our company’s overall digital marketing strategy
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas such as customer satisfaction, revenue generation potential, and conversion rates

Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing digital product inventory
  • Experience using web analytics and optimization tools.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience, preferred eCommerce support experience, and usage of Amazon’s Vendor Central, Seller Central, major DTC Commerce Platform like Shopify and Woo-commerce
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Analytics or related field with performance marketing skills.
