Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, develop and deliver a range of digital learning experiences and development solutions.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Business Partners to fully understand business requirements.
• Work closely with Strategic Solutions, Organisational Effectiveness and Leadership Learning & Talent teams to enable their solutions through digital wizardry.
• Employ evidence-based learning principles to guide the creation of learning materials.
• Promote the incorporation of digital learning tools into other experience solutions, in alignment with our digital strategy.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
• Human Resources.Training 5+ Years
• Minimum Bachelor level qualification in a related field Progressive experience in a digital learning role
• 3+ years of Instructional Design experience
