CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Essential Requirements:

• Minium bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• 1-3 years of experience in the similar capacity (preferably in retail/textile industry)
• Good knowledge of customer relationship management

Job Scope: Customer Service Representative is responsible for but not limited to

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve product or service issues
• Reduce customer complaints
• Process orders, returns, and account changes
• Record and track customer interactions
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues
