Key Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of specific experience in Technology focused innovation and Transformation
- Proven experience in setting up and managing an innovation program in an engineering-related organization, working with ideation platforms and ecosystems with a track record of sustained results
- Experience in implementing innovation programs in multinational / holding company organizations
- Experience in UAE or the Middle East is desirable
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Science, Defence, and Strategic Studies, or another related field
- Relevant certification in Innovation
- (Agile) Project management certification (Nice to have)
- Knowledge of end-to-end innovation process with applicable methodologies and tools (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile)
- Knowledge of product development and product management (e.g., PRD, DevOps)
- Clear and confident communicator with the ability to secure buy-in at all levels across a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally
- MS Office, MS Projects, Visio, presentation skills
- Proficiency in the English language
