Responsibilities:

• Conducts frequent fact-based animal presentations and guided tours for on, off-site, special events and experiences
• Promotes the theme park products and activities available to our guests
• Works closely with the Education Support Manager in order to deliver excellent, transformational zoological programming, ensures offerings are relevant and compelling to today’s audiences in content and delivery
• Operates independently with minimal supervision while providing incredible guest service and innovating new experiences
• Monitors guests and animal safety in coordination with the Animal Husbandry team

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in customer service/guests facing roles
• Excellent customer/guest interaction skills
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• Good public speaker, with the ability to readily adjust to audience
• Good computer skills, including MS Office applications
