Job Responsibilities:
- Consistent implementation of robust recruitment processes and best practices.
- Lead and deliver on the recruitment of all vacancies as per the recruitment-operating model in assigned schools or clusters and working with challenging KPIs.
- Screen and interview prospective candidates and would be able to assess their suitability for the role through face to face, online or phone interviews
- Long list and shortlist applicants to make recommendations to the next stage as per the recruitment operating model (e.g. Principal / Senior Leadership Team).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 5yrs+ recruitment experience is essential, with some experience of agency recruitment preferred
- Experience of working in the Education sector is preferred
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders.
