POSITION: RISK ENGINEERING PROFESSIONAL – KARACHI, HEAD OFFICE

Job Role:

• Identify potential risks, assess exposures, and develop plans to prevent and mitigate losses
• Design, implement, and monitor effective risk management controls and systems

• Use good judgment to understand and prevent hazards or risks.
• Look at technical data (numbers and information) and create a professional report to determine the hazard.
• Do research and use tools/software to understand the risk.
• Make your point with simple and clear history, whether in a presentation or a written report.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Textile Engineering from an HEC-recognized university
• Experience: Minimum three years of experience in risk assessment and control
• Certification: Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is preferable

Required Skills:

• Good thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of risk (hazard) and tools
• Good communication, presentation and report writing skills
• Must be familiar with using research and analytical software
• Self-starter, resourceful and a planner
