Responsible for the maintenance (corrective, reactive and planned preventive maintenance) of all electrical equipment and devices of facilities as per contractual condition.

Job Responsibilities

a) Al Futtaim Engineering is a multi-disciplinary engineering company in the UAE, Qatar and lower Gulf Region. Facilities Management division is specialized in providing the facilities maintenance to its customers.
b) Job holder will play a key role to meet and enhance the customer requirement in line with the company’s policy and objective
c) Able to communicate effectively at all levels; speak & write
d) Ability to listen to customer, empathies’ and provide appropriate solutions to achieve s satisfactory results.

Job Requirements

a) Basic knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
b) Understanding of System Sequence of Operation, schematics of domestics & industrial power,  small power and lighting circuits, DB, SMDB, 1Ph motors, 3Ph motors up to 10KW, standard size of wires and ampacity, wire colour coding as per local government standard used.
c) Basic English Level 3 (Read & Write)
d) High School Certificate
