Electropolymers Private Limited is looking to hire an “HR Executive”.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Provide support in handling employee inquiries and basic HR-related concerns.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
• Generate reports and maintain HR metrics for analysis.
• Handle various administrative tasks related to HR functions.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support departmental goals and initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; a Master’s degree is preferred.
2. At least 1 year of relevant HR experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
