Requirements:
A- 10+ years’ experience in an Employer Brand or Recruitment marketing position, or working at a Senior Marketing Manager level with a passion for recruiting.
B- Experience working with brand guidelines, an understanding of design thinking principles and a conversational yet adaptable style of copywriting.
C- Experience of social media management and scheduling tools. You will be the owner of Employer Brand organic social media output in EMEA, and will be adept at working independently to create engaging, targeted, bar-raising organic social content.
D- Experience in Content Management Systems to create landing pages, lead gen forms, micro-sites and blogs.
