- Ability to write and speak fluent English is a must.
- Other languages such as Arabic and French will be added value;
- Qualified lawyer with at least 3 to 5 years of employment/labour law remarkable experience, preferably in high level law firms with an international mindset;
- Previous in-house experience in a multinational entity would be appreciated
This role will report to the Regional HR Director for Africa and Middle East, and will be part of Airbus International labour law network (ILL). As part of ILL, the role will participate in the definition of Airbus employment standards, providing with the sensitivity and the specific needs of the Region. The role will support the deployment of global employment policies in the Region.
