Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and enhance solutions for endpoint deployment in a global remote work environment to support standardization, maintenance, and alignment with security controls
- Define and document IT equipment standards, identify & evaluate new technologies as they relate to improving the end-user compute experience
- Engineer desktop and server OS configuration and deployment in an enterprise environment using advanced deployment tools
- Design & convey high level SCCM task sequences, applications and advertisement structure with Vendor
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of deskside support experience
- Experience managing and deploying Desktop and Server OS in an enterprise environment using SCCM and Intune
- Must have an expert understanding of Windows OS including Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2016 and 2019
- High level knowledge of new and emerging enterprise technologies (ex: Azure, Intune, Windows Analytics, Autopilot, Graph)
