Requirements:
Overview Of Responsibilities
- Completion of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Stewardship of fixed asset accounting and AFEs
- Preparation of monthly Journal Entries as required
- Maintenance of balance sheet continuity schedules such as prepaids, PP&E, and recurring accruals
- Monthly invoicing of Accounts Receivable, and working with Operations to ensure accuracy of volumes
- General support of Senior Accountants and Controller
- Other duties as required
Required skills and experience:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- General knowledge of accounting, finance, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Operational business mindset
- CPA designation enrolment or pursuit is an asset
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Trustworthy and operates with the outmost integrity.
