Position 1: Machinery Supervisor (Daharki)

Location: Daharki, Sindh, Pakistan

Engro Fertilizers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Machinery Supervisor who will work at the company’s plant in Daharki. The person who gets hired will have the duty of making sure that the vital rotating machinery works in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner thus supporting the plant to run continuously and keeping the downtime to a minimum.

Key Responsibilities

• Daharki will assign you the responsibility of overseeing the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and rebuilding of the rotating machines.

   

• At the same time, you will be responsible for the preservation of safety, quality, and maintenance standards throughout the normal operation, breakdown, and shutdown periods.

   

• The maintenance supervisor will give instructions to the workers and outside contractors, while you will be the one ensuring that the tasks are done with good quality and completed on time.

   

• The first step in this process will be to investigate the equipment failures, after which measures to increase reliability will be implemented.

   

• Your participation in the preventive and predictive maintenance programs will not only lead to the but also the enhancement of the already good equipment life and performance.

   

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (Mechanical)

• Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance environments

• Strong hands-on expertise in rotating equipment, team supervision, and safe maintenance practices

• Experience in large-scale manufacturing or fertilizer/chemical plants will be an advantage

Position 2: Deputy Manager – Workplace Services (Karachi)

Location: Head Office, Karachi, Pakistan

Engro Corporation is searching for an experienced Deputy Manager – Workplace Services for its Head Office in Karachi. The responsibility of this role is to lead and improve the administration, attendance, and facilities management in the corporation while guaranteeing that efficiency of the service delivery, governance, and cost control are all efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage coordination at the corporate level for all office, administrative, and facilities services.

   

• Direct corporate services related to office infrastructure, travel management, and recreational facilities.

   

• Supervise vendor adherence, quality of service, and efficient management of contracts.

   

• Be the promoter of unification of processes, digital transformation, and ongoing improvement projects.

   

• Set up the frameworks for governance, the creation of SOPs, and the compliance with budgetary controls.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong knowledge of SOP development, governance, vendor management, and administrative best practices
