Job Responsibilities:
- Implements student recruitment strategies and procedures in pursuit of individual and organizational (DHGE) enrollment targets; responsible for achieving lead-to-conversion goals through the effective daily management of an assigned sales funnel for certificate programs.
- Maintains comprehensive knowledge of DHGE programs, policies, and procedures; utilizes knowledge to uphold DHGE standards and assist prospective students throughout the admissions process.
- Promptly responds to (and continually engages) new and existing prospective students and guides them through the decision-making process using a consultative (personalized, constructive, engaging, motivating, and informative) sales approach
- Effectively establishes a relationship of trust with a diverse prospective student population in order to understand the student’s primary goals and advance them toward those objectives.
- Reviews prospective student admission files and ensures applicant needs are addressed in such areas as application/document completion, financial aid, program logistics, etc.
- Plans, organize and executes (one-on-one and group) recruitment and enrollment activities, such as prospective student consultations, information sessions, webinars, off-site education fairs, etc. (some domestic and/or international travel may be required)
- Utilizes reports daily to track performance against measured benchmarks, identifying and managing opportunities for improvement
- Acts as liaison between prospective students and proper DHGE personnel to remove barriers to enrollment. Provides students with available options and assists in problem resolution.
- Consistently utilizes CRM (Salesforce) to track and cultivate a pipeline of high-value applicants. Maintains accurate student information and qualitative business insights in CRM.
- Represents DHGE as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and creating positive touch points that leave a healthy impression of DHGE (and partner organizations) with internal and external customers.
- Establishes and nurtures positive working relationships with all internal DHGE and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with B2B representatives to further organizational recruitment and enrollment objectives
- Completes special projects, assignments, and other duties as designated by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in healthcare, health and wellness, education, or related fields.
- 2-3 years experience in sales, consulting or coaching in education, healthcare or health and wellness fields.
- Experience with Salesforce is desirable
- Experience working in the education and/or healthcare sector
- Experience with multiple brands and products desirable
- Experience in working cross-functionally within an organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Self-starter demonstrates initiative and ownership of responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
