Description:

Reporting to the Vice President, Enterprise Delivery, the Enterprise Agile Coach is responsible for being a change agent leading all levels of the organization through an Agile transformation at scale by training, coaching, facilitating, and mentoring. The Agile Coach will train teams to resolve impediments and shift mindset and behaviors. Act as a role model by demonstrating the right mindset including a test and learn attitude, a bias for action, a passion to innovate and a willingness to learn.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, technical diploma, or other applicable software development work experience
  • 5 years of coaching experience in Agile delivery / transformation / training / coaching and is a discipline expert in agile practices (Scrum, SAFe)
  • 8-10 years of experience developing, coaching and leading organizations through transformation with a strong attention to organizational strategic planning and business agility
  • Must have a mindset of a test and learn attitude, a bias for action, a passion to innovate and a willingness to learn
  • Experience as an agile practitioner in an agile transformation environment with teams that are new to agile methodology
  • Deep knowledge of Agile-Lean principles and practices, and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
  • Strong organizational change management orientation
  • Excellent understanding of Agile-Lean approaches (Scrum, Kanban, BDD, etc.) and trending software technologies
