Job Responsibilities:

• Transform the way we prospect, convert, sell and deliver products and services to the global communities we serve.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a good level of experience at Enterprise Architecture level
• Experience with IT landscape rationalization and simplification.
• Ability to work and influence distributed delivery teams in a collaborative and inclusive way.
• Experience with Design Thinking and mobilising teams / skills to deliver Minimum Viable Products and prototypes.
• Experience of performing enterprise architecture role within Agile and non-Agile ways of working and associated frameworks.
• Extensive experience of working with Product owners/ Leadership to align enterprise architecture to strategic plans and commercial objectives
• Must have experience in architecting and modernising Backoffice systems (marketing, sales, and service) ideally using Salesforce however, alternative CRM platforms will be considered
• Understating of marketing, sales, and service processes
• Experience in modelling and graphic representations
• A good understating of system integrations concepts and APIs
• Excellent technical, analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation with the ability to influence
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology is preferred
