Job Responsibilities:
- Define, implement and execute the CNS go-to-market strategy in partnership with stakeholders and the wider Nokia Enterprise teams.
- Identify and craft account plans for the focus verticals to improve CNS installed base – in collaboration with Enterprise sales and CNS functional experts
- Lead the GTM planning for the positioning and sales of CNS Enterprise products and services to new and existing customers to build and sustain a long-term predictable and profitable business.
- Oversee the end-to-end CNS Enterprise business to meet/exceed financial targets (O/S/SM).
- Build and lead strong cross-functional teams to ensure e2e business MoO execution, strong governance and business management.
- Build a strong high-performant CNS Enterprise team in MEA
- Create a strong multi-year pipeline is maintained and continuously replenished to achieve financial targets and growth that Nokia aspires to.
- Participate in the development and execution of opportunity strategies and wins plan for key CNS deals with a unique and differentiated value proposition
- Provide leadership, both on the business level and the people level, to insure successful financial results and an engaged and motivated team for direct and matrix reports.er to delivery).
- Be the go-to person to provide market and customer intelligence, insights and needs to relevant internal colleagues
- Develop and nourish new partnerships, collaborations and industry alliances with relevant governing authorities, business associations and forums.
Job Requirements:
- 20 years of experience in sales management specifically in the Enterprise area
- Stong communication skills with the ability to present the value our products can provide to our customers
- The ability to connect with your colleagues, team and management with clear messaging and feedback
