Incredible Health is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO, Head of Sales, and sales team. This individual will be working with a very high performing team that is rapidly bringing on new hospital clients eager to hire nurses using our proprietary marketplace technology.
- Provide administrative support, mostly for the CEO, Head of Sales, and sales team, on a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to calendar management, travel coordination, meeting agendas, sales training programs, internal event planning, external event planning, and recruiting coordination as we grow our teams.
- Manage and support the CEO email inbox and calendar; assist with email communication.
- Provide recruiting coordination support (scheduling interviews, facilitating follow up, and providing a pleasant and welcoming experience for all candidates.).
- Possess a start-up mentality (proactive, roll up sleeves and get things done, execute with quality and speed) and is comfortable with the pace and wide range of responsibilities in a virtual environment.
- Establish reliable processes and infrastructure for the sales team. Identify and improve inefficiencies.
- Have strong ownership, accountability, follow through, and timely completion of tasks
- Have a strong pulse on the CEO, Head of Sales and sales team, anticipate needs with limited direction, and reprioritize tasks to best support the team’s immediate objectives.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications Required
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting executive level leaders
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up is ideal or demonstrated experience thinking outside the box and being willing to tackle anything, even if outside the job description
- Experience interacting with external parties, investors, customer executives and EAs
- Highly professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external clients and partners
- Demonstrated experience organizing and managing off-site meetings for executive team and department level teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Google calendaring, Zoom, Slack
