Job Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively carrying out highly confidential and sensitive administrative and secretarial tasks to support the MD to enable the execution of the divisional operational goals
- Coordinating and managing the daily schedule, correspondence and travel
- Assisting in coordinating the agenda of Senior Management meetings and all staff meetings
- Acting as a focal point for internal customer queries and liaising with the appropriate departments of the Bank to resolve difficulties in order to ensure excellent standards of service
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of procedures and policies
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages –MS word, Excel, PowerPoint including a proven ability to produce professional power point presentations
- Strong judgement and decision making skills
