Job Requirements:

  • have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • have minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally within existing portfolio
  • have previous experience in eCommerce, retail and banking industries are a plus!
  • have the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • have the ability to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively
  • have the ability to succeed working cross-functionally with sales and partner success teams.
  • have experience in presenting to senior managers and the C-level executives

Job Responsibilities:

  • takes full ownership of accounts’ growth/expansion, while creating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
  • connects and builds relationships with existing clients and act as a trusted advisor with an eye for up-sell opportunities
  • owns & delivers expansion targets by ensuring successful adoption and integration of the Insider platform across customers,
  • builds, owns and maintains a healthy pipeline of opportunities from their accounts – short term and long term,
  • has deep understanding of the customer’s business and their top objectives at various organisational levels,
  • builds a high degree of mindshare for our solutions within the key stakeholders in your account list
  • has the ability to understand business and technology challenges and align them with possible solutions from our product portfolio,
  • collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Product Management and Development Team to deliver standard or custom made solutions for partner requirements,
  • build and maintain an account map, plan for each partner, and develops close relationships with key stakeholders in their accounts,
  • demonstrates outstanding communications skills,
  • identifies and implements newer value-add initiatives and proactively finds solutions for any operational bottlenecks,
  • owns and ensures execution of marketing calendars as agreed with Key Accounts,
  • clearly communicates the progress of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly initiatives to internal & external stakeholders.
