Export Control & Customs Officer	Dubai, United Arab Emirates

· You will assist with the implementation of trade compliance processes, procedures, and tools to ensure compliance with import/export regulations and corporate policies.
· You will perform order clearances in close collaboration with other ECC personnel.
· You will conduct trade compliance risk assessments for business operations; identify trade compliance issues within the business units; assist with trade compliance audits; conduct root cause analysis and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
· You will monitor and keep track of changes in government policies, export control, sanctions and customs rules and regulations as they relate to company operations.
· You will participate in cross functional projects and support regular ECC training to targeted business groups.
· You will provide support and consulting to organizational units within the area of responsibility and actively cooperates with ECC Headquarter as well as in Best Practice Sharing.
· You will ensure country specific processes and procedures within global HC ECC framework.

· Bachelor’s Degree in business, Law, International Affairs or comparable.
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of trade compliance experience.
· Experience with SAP/GTS or other similar trade management software strongly preferred.
