MANAGER PRODUCTION – CEREALS & PASTA

• At least 8–10 years of production management experience in cereals, pasta, or FMCG manufacturing.
• BSc. in Chemical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily operations of cereals & pasta production lines, ensuring volume, quality, cost, and efficiency targets are achieved.
• Monitor and improve OEE, line productivity, and yield while driving continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety standards, coordinating with QA to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Optimize resources including raw materials, packaging, energy, and manpower while maintaining production records and dashboards.
• Lead, train, and evaluate production teams, enforce workplace safety standards, and implement corrective/preventive actions for deviations.
