Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee microbiological testing of raw milk, products, water, and environmental samples, ensuring compliance with ISO, HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and local/global food safety standards.
• Develop, maintain, and update SOPs, testing protocols, and environmental monitoring programs (EMP) while driving preventive/corrective actions from trend analysis.
• Lead and support internal/external audits, while monitoring cleaning, sanitation, and contamination control across the dairy plant.
• Collaborate with production/engineering teams and supervise microbiology lab staff to ensure accurate testing, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and build a culture of food safety, hygiene, and microbiological awareness across teams.
