Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across areas, SKUs, brands, and distributors.
• Ensure advance distributor payments and daily primary orders aligned with sales plans.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure distributor investment in line with business needs.
• Translate sales and marketing strategies into actionable distributor execution.
• Drive distribution reach, infrastructure deployment, and trade availability as per targets.
• Prevent stock-outs and manage assets through TSMs and sales force coordination.
• Identify new growth areas and successfully launch products and trade marketing initiatives.
• Maximize asset ROI and resource utilization while ensuring strong in-store presence.
• Escalate business issues timely and align partner expectations with operational goals.
• Ensure employee safety, SOP compliance, performance management, and training execution.
