Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) customer accounts and relationships
• Enter the customer orders into SAP as well as verify accuracy
• Send orders to the CSD team for process and provide fulfillment
• Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies
• Support the strategic planning function for business development and customer engagement
• Support negotiations and closing deals with customers
• Lead product development with the cross-functional team
• Provide support for QA audits and ensure quality
• Identify and onboard the new customers to extend customer reach
• Establish pricing structures to match customer and market demands
• Negotiate contracts and manage customer expectation
• Provide oversight of shipping and logistics of seamless customer delivery
• Develop and optimize packaging solutions
• Facilitate customer meetings and discussions on behalf of the Company
