F&B and Culinary Coordinator Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support in the FnB Department
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • To manage all commercial and technical documents for the project/s
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist the Executive Assistant FnB Manager in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Draft letters, purchase orders, work orders, request for proposals and other related task in this matter.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and personal assistant skills with an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, an effective planner with proven time management skills is necessary; attention to detail, personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility with great team liaison skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized, pro-active and can work with minimal supervision
  • The ability to work at his/her own initiative and around tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle between a range of tasks and work extra hours to meet deadlines
