Feroze1888 Mills is seeking competent profiles for the following position

Manager – Weaving Preparatory Production & Maintenance

The role requires strong operational control, preventive maintenance oversight, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted back process performance and optimal output.

Responsibilities:

• Runs the warping and sizing program smoothly according to the production plan.
• Coordinates with the Planning Team to arrange the delivery of the yarn on time.
• Monitors and achieves Daily production targets, maintains downtime.
• Controls Process parameters to maintain quality and eliminate waste.
• Investigates yarn complaints and coordinates with departments for corrective actions.
• Ensures preventive and breakdown maintenance (warping, sizing, curling, etc.) with the Maintenance Team.
• Monitors Machine performance and downtime trends and initiates improvements.
• Follows up on **Preventive maintenance schedules.
• Root cause analysis of **Recurring technical issues.
• Follow SOPs and safety standards.
• Maintain production and performance reports**.

Qualification & Experience:
B.E – Textile with atleast 7–8 years of experience of weaving back process (Warping & Sizing)
