Feroze1888 Mills is seeking competent profiles for the following position:

Assistant Manager – Weaving Preparatory Production & Maintenance

The role requires strong operational control, preventive maintenance oversight, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted back process performance and optimal output.

Responsibilities:

• Warping and sizing work is carried out as per the production plan.
• Coordinate with the planning team to ensure yarn is available on time.
• Meet daily production targets and reduce downtime.
• Maintain process quality and reduce wastage.
• Check yarn complaints and resolve issues.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines with maintenance team.
• Check machine performance and downtime and resolve issues.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedule.
• Investigate recurring technical issues.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules.
• Maintain production and performance reports.

Qualification & Experience: B.E – Textile with atleast 4–5 years of experience of weaving back process
