Finance Manager Jobs	Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Ownership of DIFC / ADGM specified obligations, including quarterly & annual reports, for Finance Officers of category 3 & 4 Authorised firms.
Act as DFSA Authorised Individual for financial control, budgeting & reporting and compliance support for clients.
Regular accounting and reporting services for CIF clients and others, FS preparation and audit support.
Oversight of and training to junior accounting staff concerning technical accounting matters.
VAT compliance, including review of returns and advisory services for clients.
Management reporting assistance to clients, including budgeting support to assist in strategic decision making.
Review of client’s accounting systems, controls and procedures with a view to improvise.
Client on-boarding and relationship management.

Experience in a Financial Officer role, including as outsourced Finance Officer, in either the DIFC or ADGM for Category 3 or 4 firm is a prerequisite and mandatory.
Qualified accountant, either ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
Entrepreneurial candidate with a focus on revenue generation.
Excellent knowledge of IFRS, in particular investment related topics, e.g. fair value, consolidation, purchase accounting, equity accounting, and financial disclosures.
Evidence of accounting responsibility for a client relationship or a significant part of a major client relationship.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
Computer literacy, word processing and spread sheet skills are essential.
