Main Tasks:

• Responsible for consolidating Publicis Media entities’ month-end reporting
• Review month-end reports to verify the accuracy of transactions
• HFM review and final submission
• Produce monthly reports that include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
• Addressing and resolving non-routine, complex, and unexpected variances
• Prepare Client Profitability for actuals and rolling forecast
• Generate Salesforce report to track revenue inclusions against rolling forecast
• Deal with routine financial queries related to month ends
• HFM review and consolidation of HFM reports for the rolling forecast
• Provide overall regional finance support and preparation of financial reports
• Develop models that help with decision-making
• Miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
• Two years of professional experience in the same position, preferably with relevant experience in advertising and/or audit
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certificate will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS office with strong capability in MS Excel
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Familiarity with accounting software and programs
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
