Job Responsibilities:
- Provide visibility on current and future business profitability through monthly financial reports and forecasts
- Work with the CEOs of our portfolio companies to provide them with financial information to support decision making
- Work with our book keeper and accountant for monthly, quarterly, year end and tax reporting
- Set up processes to provide financial reporting to our investors
- Set up and maintain KPIs for different business units to track business success
- Automate and optimize existing processes and tasks
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
- 2 – 4 years experience related to Financial or Accounting analysis
- Expert knowledge of Excel
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Attention to detail, autonomy and a sense of initiative
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
