Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering Market Intelligence
- Liaison with External Auditors, Internal Auditors, Risk team on quarterly audits and RCSA
- Facilitator of AGAM related activities to support Manager, Investor Relations.
- Managing AGAM related affairs; minutes Update, Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association review / update of the Bank and NBF Financial Services FZC from English and Arabic perspective.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in Finance or Company Secretarial
- Professional Qualification (Preferable)
- ACCA / CA and MBA
