1- Financial Controller
Job: Full Time
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Description:

Responsible for planning & monitoring all financial operations for the hotel. Active participation to BoD for annual strategic commitment definitions & periodic measurement/follow-up. Supervise Finance division activity and contribute to operational efficiency & productivity improvement at hotel level in order to maximize network profitability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure financial operations compliance with USALI/IAS-IFRS/Management contracts.
• Ensure long-term/short-term financial health of hotel network: – monitor hotel cost in line with annual objectives to guarantee productivity.
• Follow-up periodic KPIs results vs. budget/rolling forecast.
• Provide owning BoD with relevant periodic information covering hotel performance analysis, exhaustive departmental expenditures and productivity assessment.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years in the same role.
• Strong Knowledge of controls and implementation of controls.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
