1- Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Overview operations of the FJ department in the boutique.
- Manage critical sales and clients for the department through the use of client books and Client databases to optimize sales by enhancing these relationships
- Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store
- Manage the repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership skills within the boutique and to assist in the coaching/training of sales teams on departmental collection training.
- Engage clients and make them loyal by conveying brand values.
- Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of retail experience are required, preferably with at least two years in a luxury product setting like Fine Jewlery.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer service professional with luxury retail experience.
- Pride in achieving individual target.
