Job Responsibilities
- Understand regional music landscape; conducting in-depth research and analysis to assist in developing purpose and identify effective programs
- Develop end-to-end framework outlining strategic goals and objective for various programs, keeping in mind target audience and execution of operational requirements
- Maximize programming calendar for Firdaus Orchestra and develop complimentary program and events that will encourage community reach
- Develop new strategies for any gaps identified in community engagement programming and create new projects and opportunities that support strategic goals as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music, Music Education, or equivalent arts/education related degree.
- Knowledge of orchestras and classical music
- Highly motivated and able to inspire confidence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, high attention to detail is essential
