Job Key Details:

  • Supervise and train the food and beverage team
  • Ensure efficient and smooth operations of the food and beverage department, including proper setup, service as well as breakdown procedures
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies
  • Maintain inventory levels of food and beverages and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely restocking
  • Collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
  • Oversee the dining area to ensure cleanliness, organization and proper table settings
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training to enhance team performance
  • Plan staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively

Job Qualifications and Experience
