Job Description:
- Perform front desk administrative duties including answering phone calls, greeting, and guiding clients/shoppers.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive and distribute letters, packages etc.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Operate the telephone to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages
- Arrange for public transportation if requested by guests.
- Maintain up-to-date data of tenants at the mall.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating, etc.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Required Criteria:
- Bachelor Degree
- 2+ years UAE experience preferably with Malls
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
