What You’ll Be Doing

– First impressions matter. You’ll greet visitors and actually help them, not just point at a chair.
– Phone rings, emails pop up—yep, you’ll juggle those.
– Sometimes clients want stuff, sometimes they call. You’ll take their orders, no sweat.
– Appointment calendar? That’s your domain. (Chaos isn’t cute.)
– Couriers, deliveries, random packages—you’ll sort it out.
– Reception area’s gotta look sharp. Tidy up, make it inviting.
– Filing, copying, printing, data entry… it’s all in a day’s work.
– Got a walk-in? Suggest something useful, not just “have a seat.”
– Other departments drowning in admin? Lend a hand.
– Complaints? Handle them cool as a cucumber. Freaking out’s not our style.

What We’re Looking For

– You speak Arabic and English, both ways, no problem.
– Reception or customer service experience? That’s gold.
– If you can’t talk to people or work with a team, this isn’t for you.
– Multitasking is your thing—you don’t melt under pressure.
– Microsoft Office? You know your way around.
– Comfortable recommending stuff? Awesome.
– Organized, detail-obsessed (in a good way).
– Most importantly: you’re friendly. Like, actually friendly.
