Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proven experience as a business leader with a lean mindset, a record of implementing significant changes in quantified results and culture changes, and 10+ years of commercial experience
- Ability to respond to and appreciate a diverse culture within different parts of the region
- Thorough understanding of diversity principles, practices, and procedures, and measuring of diversity and cross-cultural resource initiatives for return on investment
- A clear thinker with the ability to deconstruct, reconstruct, and map the system.
- Demonstrated Leadership experience and shared best practices
- Strong Influencing and coaching skills

- Be able to demonstrate emotional resilience in the organization

Essential Responsibilities:
- Support the GE Healthcare Lean Business System and Champion for Lean Deployment to drive business growth, customer portfolios, and waste elimination.
- Partner with the President and CEO of GE Healthcare Intercontinental Region to lead the Hoshin-Kanri process and execution and be part of the formation team to make the Intercontinental Region a value-adding structure
- Drive the commercial transformation, along with the region and region CEOs, SBU leaders, and functional leaders, to maximize the growth potential of this region.
- Implement the Business System, including daily management metrics, review, and problem-solving cadence and agenda, the process to address KPI and CVDs (core value drivers); and implementing lean tools and training programs to enable PSP and action planning
- Establish a lean competency program to shape the region: ensures the application of globally recognized standards for lean principles and practices, serves as a benchmark for achievements, and provides a common roadmap for continuous improvement and workforce development
- Develop capability across the spectrum from the tactical (deployment and application of principles, concepts, and methods) to the strategic (a transformation that deeply impacts a key-value stream)
- Deployment of this Lean Business System must result in improved EBITDA (profitability), Free Cash Flow, market share growth and productivity
- Committed to peer leadership and partnership—coach and partner with business leaders, functional leaders, Plant GMs, and Site Lean Leaders in the development of Lean Strategy
- Develop a lean culture and increase lean awareness across GE Healthcare in the Intercontinental Region
- Develop and deliver Lean Training Plans
