Job Responsibilities:

  • Leadership, development, and delivery of the business strategy within overall sales area.
  • Build the organizational structure and choose right people, through great people and business leadership facilitate revenue growth within the sales area and growth of bottom-line profitability.
  • Establish, enhance and constantly improve operating and management systems, ways of working and processes where necessary to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Providing hands on leadership to the teams, management of key customer relationships
  • Attract, retain and develop top talent, focusing on succession planning and the cultivation of a best-in-class leadership team.
  • Ensure that Electrolux’s business operates in a way that is compliant aligns with Electrolux purpose, policies and procedures and statutory and / or regulatory requirements.
  • Harmonize the value proposition of Electrolux brands and product portfolio across the UAE
  • Prioritize the brand building and sales driving investment on the channels with profitable growth potentials
  • Determine strategic focus and pricing strategies to drive profitable business growth
  • Develop viable go-to-market models with adequate financial scenario analysis and strategic/operational justifications
  • Aggressively drive on-line business and up-selling across channels
  • Build up brand awareness and preference among target consumers

Job Requirements:

  • Deep experience into the UAE appliances market
  • Experience on building new entities and/or organization is a plus
  • High impact and hands-on leader, gained within a consumer-focused organization.
  • Strong business acumen and working knowledge of business functions and processes (Sales, Marketing and Brand, Finance, Supply chain, etc.).
  • Strong experience in multiple sales channels from project sales, retail omnichannel, e-commerce and after sales is an advantage
  • Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively across a matrix environment with enterprise and business unit leadership to influence and drive a broad strategic agenda.
  • High energy and a passion for making things happen.
  • Comfortable operating with uncertainty and ambiguity.
