RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies in line with the business.
- Resolve management and employee issues.
- Manage the hiring and selection process.
- Monitor HR software performance.
- Work on employee development and motivation.
- Monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Create a positive work environment.
- Manage performance appraisal systems.
- Maintain salary and benefits plans.
- Review training needs and arrange training.
- Provide reports and support to management.
- HR follows legal regulations.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- HR Manager experience.
- Good dealing with people and ability to deliver results
- Basic knowledge of HR systems.
- Leading and planning a team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with all people in the company.
- Knowledge of labor law.
- Degree in HR or related field.
