• Create a plan to strengthen the brand and market each star. 
• Your team and the agencies in Bihar work together. 
• Check the brand message, budget and results. 
• Understand the market, competitor and customer trends. 
• Coordinate marketing with sales and product teams.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business.
• 3–5 years of relevant FMCG experience.
• Strong understanding of ATL, BTL, TTL campaigns, and brand performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
