C- including Refer the accused to the competent courts if it is proven that there is sufficient evidence to refer him in application of the laws in force in the State and the Emirate of Dubai, and to plead before the courts.

Job Requirements:

A- The applicant must be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates
B- Hold a university degree in law from an educational institution whose degree has been approved, with a cumulative GPA of at least (good).
C- Familiarity with federal and local laws.
D- The art of writing lawsuits memoranda.
E-  Institutional understanding.
F- Make sound decisions and judgments.
