Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all requests that require physical presence at MOL, GOSI, Jawazat, Police Department, Municipality, Civil Defense, Traffic Department, MOJ, SAGIA etc.
• Coordinate all external attestations, notarizations, etc from MOFA that require physical presence
• Work closely with MOL, Jawazat and MOI for issuing new work visas for overseas employees
• Coordinate with government bodies for annual license renewals
• Accompany overseas hires to government department for family visas, customs clearance, first time license, medical examination, etc.
• Represent Enstoa during GOSI investigations (if any)
• Represent Enstoa during Labor disputes with MOL (if any)

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Government Relations and HR Operations
• Ability to work with discretion and understand the importance of confidentiality
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of drive, motivation, and enthusiasm coupled with a positive approach and can-do attitude
• Good communication and organizational skills
• MS Office
• Written and spoken English
• Driving license and own vehicle
