Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead, influence and motivate a successful and experienced team and ensure the employee turnover is minimal.
  • Responsible for deciding which SKUs to display, what value to keep for each showroom category based on sales data and stock analysis to ensure minimizing inventory and maximizing the ROI (coordinating with Sales & Marketing Managers).
  • Fix the Pricing policy by categories and ensure profit margin is aligned with the Company strategy.
  • Visit regularly to boutiques in order to track and identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats (SWOT Analysis).
  • Align the production schedule of the Factory with the distribution agenda and ensure appropriate manufacturing goals, design criteria, costs and similar considerations.
  • Review product design to be in line with market trends and sales data.
  • Approve any orders placed are accurate based on the sales analyses. (data & reports)
  • Manage the process of delivery and ensure just in time management is applicable.
  • Product management based on data, feedback of sales team and appropriate allocation of products to promote sales.
  • Set and manage Visual Merchandising guidelines for the group and implement thematic on defined occasions.
  • Monitor the purchasing process of gemstones and diamonds, negotiate the best possible purchase prices and plan the purchases to match with sales.
  • Performs operational analysis of reporting positions to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, timely completion, financial performance and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Data management for ERP system and streamlining the processes to reduce manual workload.
  • Supervise Logistics operations and supply chain to enable the timely product delivery and cost effective operations.
  • Manage the pricing process continuously.
  • Monitor the factory/production operations.
