Department: Front Office

Requirements:
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Previous hotel front office or customer service experience preferred
• Proficient in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Opera or other PMS systems is an advantage
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
